*Exchange and refund Period:


In-Store: Exchanges and refunds are available within 14 days from the purchase date.
Online Orders: Exchanges and refunds are available within 14 days from the order delivery date.

*Product Condition:
To accept an exchange request, products must remain in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

*Receipt or Proof of Purchase:
The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided with the exchange request.

*Non-Exchangeable Products:
Some products are not eligible for exchange, such as:

Returns can be made in-store or online.

Due to the sale policy, refund requests are accepted. However, you can benefit from the exchange policy outlined above.

In-Store Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.

Online Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.

For Cairo and Giza (excluding outer areas), the refund is issued in cash upon return.

For other governorates, the refund is processed via bank transfer or money transfer after we

*Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for shipping costs for online exchanges when returning the product to us. The new product will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected.

*Time Limit:
If the 14-day exchange period has passed, we will not be able to accept any exchange requests.

*Delayed Orders:
