Exchange and refund policy

Exchange Policy (Returns Not Available During the Offer Period)

 

You can easily exchange your products according to the following conditions:

 

  1. Exchange Period:

   - In-Store:Exchange is available within 3 days from the purchase date.

   - Online Orders: Exchange is available within 3 days from the order delivery date.

   

  1. Product Condition:

   To accept an exchange request, products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

 

  1. Receipt or Proof of Purchase:

   The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided with the exchange request.

 

  1. Non-Exchangeable Products:

   Some products are not eligible for exchange, such as:

   - Accessories

   - Scarves (*if part of a sale period*)

 

  1. Shipping Costs:

   For online exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the product to us. The new product will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected.

 

  1. Time Limit:

   If the 3-day exchange period has passed, we will not be able to accept any exchange requests.

 

  1. Delayed Orders:

   If your order is delayed due to shipping, we recommend contacting customer service to coordinate the exchange.

 

  1. Returns and Refunds:

   Due to the sale policy, refund requests are not accepted. However, you can benefit from the exchange policy as outlined above.

 

  1. Voucher and Invoice Value:

   If products are exchanged or returned and the final invoice value is less than 7,000 EGP, the voucher associated with the order will be canceled. The voucher is only valid for orders exceeding 7,000 EGP.
